Outside Europe, in particular, more and more agricultural land is being used to grow genetically modified crops and the number of new licences granted for transgenic raw materials is on the rise. As a result the food industry is finding it increasingly hard to source raw materials that do not contain transgenic material.
In the production plants of the Lorenz Snack-World Group all currently available scientific measures are being taken to ensure that everything we produce is GMO-free. The raw materials that we use are sampled and monitored at every stage of the production process.
