As a Lorenz Snack-World trainee, you’ll work your way through a trainee programme customised to match your interests. Of course, you’ll receive a thorough introduction to the business area you’ll be assigned to, but you’ll also gain valuable experience in all the other relevant areas. This gives you a comprehensive overview of the processes and procedures specific to our company and helps you to build up your internal network of contacts in the company’s different departments.
You are treated as one of the team right from the start of your 18-to-20-month training, working independently on specific projects and general business duties. We expect from you, that you take initiative and show responsibility for the work that you do. Specialist and executive staff in your departments offer you the support you need and you are assigned a mentor who will accompany and advise you through the whole training period.
Since the international exchange of culture and knowledge is of great importance for us we encourage and support you in working on international projects or even working abroad whenever suitable.
Regular feedback and accompanying training measures support your individual development and help prepare you as well as possible for further tasks.
