This dual-learning programme allows you to combine academic education at university level with hands-on professional experience. You study at one of our partner institutions of higher education and then gain valuable practical experience at the company during the semester breaks. During this time, you are treated as a full member of your team, carrying out normal everyday tasks and running your own small projects. Specialist and executive staff in your departments offer you the support you need, and the company assists you in your personal and educational development, ensuring a comprehensive training with the chance to work at different company sites.
During the academic periods, you can concentrate fully on your studies because we take care of the tuition fees and pay you an appropriate allowance.
After completing your academic studies in either six or seven semesters, you will have laid the foundations for a successful specialist or executive career.
